The Grade 1 students are learning all about community helpers in Social Studies. This week we had Ottawa Paramedic Zach Cantor, Hillel Academy alumnus of 2003, visit Grade 1 to share a list of his responsibilities as a Paramedic. The students then had the opportunity to ask questions and even got a chance to try on some of his protective gear!
